About Phillipsburg Housing Authority

The Phillipsburg Housing Authority (PHA) is a public non-profit organization whose primary objective is to provide decent, safe and sanitary housing to low income individuals and families. The PHA operates in accordance with HUD regulations. It is the policy of the PHA to house persons without regard to race, color, religion, sex familial status, handicap, or national origin. The PHA operates 578 housing units consisting of two family developments and three senior high-rise buildings. Our units range from efficiencies to 4 bedroom. We can also accommodate those who are physically challenged. Senior accommodations include off-street parking, social clubs, and on-site laundry facilities. Rents are based on income with a maximum of $650 monthly, including all utilities except phone and cable. The Phillipsburg Housing Authority is centrally located close to schools, business, and shopping providing convenience for our residents.
